During our stay, we enjoyed the close proximity to local attractions, like The Saenger Theatre, which made for a fun outing with my family and three dogs. The staff was accommodating, allowing us the space we needed for our furry friends.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options.

Room decor could use a serious overhaul!!! Curtains were shredded, lighting harsh, and the charging plugs didn't work. Maintenance seemed lacking since I couldn't get an extra blanket or a properly functioning microwave!!!

the breakfast was an absolute disaster, just like the nonexistent indoor pool advertised. I had to deal with a wobbly toilet and a TV that seemed to have a personal vendetta against me. I thought a welcome snack might ease my pain, but alas, no such luck. if i could give this place a lower rating, I absolutely would.

Quick escape from reality

The air conditioning kept us cool during a hot summer’s day, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The check-in process was notably smooth, almost like a breeze that welcomes you in.

However, the pool was no longer available, which was a disappointment. I had imagined relaxing by the water, but instead, I encountered an unpleasant smell lingering in the hallway that could be hard to ignore.

I was surprised by how clean my bathroom and living area were! The air conditioning kept me refreshingly cool during the warm days Plus, the staff was wonderfully engaging.

Room cleanliness left much to be desired

During my stay in the Deluxe King Studio Suite, I encountered significant cleanliness issues. The beds had stains on the covers, and the bathtub was dirtier than expected. I was disappointed by the overall condition of the room, which smelled quite unpleasant. I believe improvements in housekeeping protocols could elevate the experience for future guests.

I discovered great local eats like Taco Bell, just a hop away! Plus, the AC was a lifesaver when I stepped in from the hot White Hall sun.

Let’s talk about the decor—really beat up and shabby vibes. The bedspread was dirty, and what’s up with the curtains looking like they've been through a battle? It was tough to find a charging plug that worked, to boot.

My stay at Super 8 was quite pleasant. The desk staff was efficient in assisting with my business needs, and the 24-hour business center provided a quiet space for reviewing documents. The cleanliness of the bathroom was notably appreciated, reflecting a good standard of housekeeping. The updated facilities contributed positively to my overall comfort during the trip.

The pool was unfortunately out of service.

Our room was pretty uncomfortable. The bed had stains on all the covers, and the bathroom tub was dirty. The hallway and room had this awful smell, kind of like something was dead. We seriously couldn't take it and checked out 5 minutes after arriving. Just a total letdown.
